[cze][eng] 1 ABSTRAKT Postoje k léčbě, užívání komplementární a alternativní medicíny (CAM) a adherence získaná sebehodnocením Student: Drapáková Tereza Vedoucí diplomové práce: PharmDr. Matoulková Petra, Ph.D. Katedra sociální a klinické farmacie, Farmaceutická fakulta v Hradci Králové, Univerzita Karlova v Praze, Česká republika Úvod: Non-adherence k léčbě je velmi komplexním problémem napříč různými onemocněními přispívající k selhání léčby a zvyšování nákladů na zdravotní péči. Adherenci k léčbě ovlivňuje řada faktorů a je také spjata s různými postoji pacientů jednak ke klasické farmakoterapii, jednak ke komplementární a alternativní medicíně (KAM). KAM je v dnešní době poměrně často využívanou terapeutickou možností u chronicky léčených pacientů. Cíl práce: Hlavními cíli této práce bylo analyzovat adherenci k chronické léčbě u pacientů navštěvujících lékárny v České republice a postoje ke KAM včetně toho, jaké procento těchto pacientů užívá KAM, jaké jsou nejčastější důvody užívání KAM a jaké typy KAM jsou mezi dotazovanými pacienty nejrozšířenější. Metodika: Uspořádáno bylo dotazníkové šetření v lékárnách na území České republiky, kde byli osloveni pacienti starší 18 let přicházející s lékařským předpisem na léčivý přípravek, který užívají po dobu minimálně 3 měsíců. Medication adherence is influenced by various factors and is also connected with different patients' attitudes to classical pharmacotherapy and complementary and alternative medicine (CAM). CAM is nowadays quite often used option for chronically treated patients. Aim of the study: The aim of the study was to analyse medication adherence at chronically treated patients visiting pharmacies in the Czech Republic, their attitudes to CAM including percentage of using CAM, the most common reasons using CAM and which types of CAM are the most spread among asked patients. Methods: Questionnaires were distributed in pharmacies in the Czech Republic among patients 18 years old and older who were chronically treated for at least 3 months.
