Organizační etika je koncept, který se zaměřuje na podporu a aplikaci etických principů a hodnot v činnosti organizace. Podle teorie sociální odpovědnosti, která vytváří základ konceptu organizační etiky, má organizace závazky k zainteresovaným skupinám tzv. stakeholders, mezi něž řadíme např. zákazníky, ale třeba i zaměstnance. V rámci této práce se budu zabývat především závazky organizace, resp. nemocnice ke svým zaměstnancům. Pro potřeby výzkumu tématu etického jednání pracovníků nemocnice v kontextu organizační etiky jsem zvolila kvalitativní metodologii za pomoci metody rozhovoru. Na základě analýzy dat jsem následně identifikovala jako hlavní zkoumaný jev etické problémy pracovníků nemocnice. Pracovníci byli vybráni na základě profesního zaměření a pracovní pozice. Jednalo se o zdravotní sestry, lékaře, zástupce zdravotnického managementu i top managementu nemocnice. Klíčová slova: Organizační etika, stakeholders, profesní etika, sestra, lékař, management, kultura organizace, etický kodex. Organizational ethics is concept which focues on support and aplication ethical principles and values in organizational action. According to theory of social responsibility have organization duties to stakeholders; this theory is background of concept organizational ethics. Stakeholders are clients, but also employees too. I intrested in duties of organization or more precisely hospital to empolyees in this thesis. For research about ethical conduct of employees in hospital in context of organizational ethics I chosed qualitative methodology and interview as the major method of research. Accordinc to analysis I identified main phenomenon as ethical problems of employees in hospital. Employees was selected by proffessional orientation and working position for research. There were nurses, physicians, members of health care management and members of top management in hospital.
