V této diplomové práci je zpracován přehled současných přístupů k problematice postojů posluchačů vůči mluvčím vytvářených na základě charakteristik řeči, a to jednak s ohledem na metodologii zkoumání, jednak také s ohledem na typy sledovaných atributů řeči. Kriticky hodnotí dosavadní výsledky bádání a metodologické přístupy a dále se zabývá problematikou řečových vad v češtině. Těžištěm práce je materiálová studie, jejíž prostřednictvím jsou zmapovány postoje českých posluchačů vůči mluvčím češtiny s řečovými vadami, konkrétně sigmatismem. K tomuto účelu byl využit materiál Pražského fonetického korpusu, z něhož byly vybrány nahrávky 8 mluvčích trpících sigmatismem. Tyto nahrávky byly následně upraveny způsobem, který odpovídá metodě spojitých masek. Následně byl sestaven poslechový test a dotazník, kterým se nepřímo pokouší zjistit reálné postoje českých posluchačů vůči vybraným mluvčím, resp. jejich řečovým vadám. Poslechový test byl zadán homogenní skupině o 42 respondentech. Výsledky dotazníkového šetření dokazují, že sigmatismus negativně ovlivňuje postoje posluchačů k mluvčím, a to zejména v oblasti vnímání jejich sociálního statusu. Výsledkem práce je kromě popisu cílové oblasti (viz název práce) i formulace hypotéz pro další výzkum. Klíčová slova Sociofonetika, řečová vada, sigmatismus,... The thesis is an overview of current approaches to the issue of listeners attitudes towards speakers based on the characteristics of their speech, with regard to the methodology and to the types of monitored attributes of speech. The existing research results and methodological approaches are evaluated with specific attention given to speech defects in Czech language. A review of survey data was conducted that addressed the attitudes of Czech listeners towards Czech speakers with speech defects, specifically with sigmatism. For this purpose, records of 8 speakers with sigmatism selected from the Prague Phonetic Corpus were used. These records were modified in a manner that corresponds to the methods of Matched guise technique. Afterwards a perception test and a questionnaire were compiled in order to investigate the real attitudes of the Czech listeners toward selected Czech speakers, respectively their speech impairments. The test was presented to homogeneous group of 42 respondents. The results suggest a significant link between sigmatism and the negative attitudes of listeners towards speakers, especially the perception of their social status.
