Následující bakalářská práce se zabývá problematickými aspekty, které jsou spojeny s procesem adopce v České republice. Blíže se zaměřuje na tyto aspekty v kontextu nové legislativní úpravy, změněné novelou zákona o sociálně-právní ochraně dětí a účinností nového občanského zákoníku. Bakalářská práce má tři části: teoretickou, analytickou a empirickou. Teoretická část je věnována ukotvení vybrané problematiky v teoretických konceptech psychické deprivace a teorie byrokracie. Dále jsou zde vysvětleny základní hodnoty, které s tématem adopce úzce souvisejí, a použité metody. Součástí teoretické části je také legislativní vymezení základních pojmů, týkajících se náhradní rodinné péče. Obsahem analytické části je popis jednotlivých fází procesu zprostředkování adopce v České republice, a to od prvních úvah až po přijetí dítěte. Empirická část je věnována kvalitativnímu šetření, jehož cílem je vyhledávání problematických aspektů procesu adopce ve výpovědích komunikačních partnerů. Získané poznatky jsou dále zkoumány z hlediska provázanosti a interpretovány ve čtyřech vytvořených kategoriích. Hlavními poznatky jsou: negativní vliv pobytu v kojeneckém ústavu na vývoj dítěte, prodloužení procesu adopce z důvodu nedostatečného personálního vybavení institucí zajišťujících zprostředkování adopce, rozdíly v... The following bachelor thesis deals with the problematic aspects associated with the process of adoption in the Czech Republic. Closely, it focuses on these aspects in the context of the new legislation, changed by the amendment to the Act on social and legal protection of children and the effectiveness of the new Civil Code. The thesis has three parts: theoretical, analytical and empirical. The theoretical part is devoted to anchor chosen issues in the theoretical concepts of psychological deprivation and the theory of bureaucracy. There are also explained the basic values that the topic of adoption are closely related, and the methods used. The theoretical part also content the legislative definition of basic concepts related to the foster care. The analytical part includes a description of the individual phases of the mediation process of adoption in the Czech Republic, from first consideration to adopting a child. The empirical part is devoted to qualitative research whose goal is to identify problematic aspects of the adoption process in the testimonies of the communication partners.
