Diplomová práce s názvem Právo na práci - integrace lidí s mentálním postižením prostřednictvím zaměstnávání na otevřeném trhu si klade za cíl zjistit, zda je zaměstnávání lidí se zdravotním postižením dostatečně motivováno zákonem o zaměstnanosti. Teoretická část práce se nejdříve obecně věnuje lidem se zdravotním postižením a jejich právům. Poté se blíže věnuje charakteristice mentálního postižení a předsudkům, které jsou s ním spojeny. Dále se věnuje obecně světu práce, jejímu významu, pracovnímu uplatnění, pracovním příležitostem a české legislativě, která se touto problematikou zabývá. Poslední kapitola už je zaměřena na člověka s postižením ve světě práce, na rozdíl mezi chráněným pracovním trhem a otevřeným trhem práce, na podporované zaměstnávání a motivace zaměstnavatelů. V praktické části bylo provedeno šetření formou rozhovorů s vybranými zaměstnavateli. The theoretical part of the work is first generally pursued to people with disabilities and their rights. Then a closer look at the characteristics of mental disability and prejudices that are associated with it. Furthermore, the generally pursues the world of work, its importance, employability, employment opportunities and Czech legislation that deals with this issue. The last chapter is already focused on the person with disabilities in the world of work, the difference between the protected labour market and the open labour market, supported employment and to motivation of employers.
