PRÁCE Cílem této práce je zmapovat a popsat problematiku nikotinizmu klientů rezidenčních zařízení,dobrovolně hospitalizovaných pro závislost na alkoholu. Zejména se dozvědět , zda je na jejich straně o takovou léčbu zájem, jestli mají, nebo by mohli získat v průběhu své léčby alkoholizmu motivaci k odvykání kouření , zda jim taková léčba byla nabídnuta, jestli byli o takovém způsobu léčby alespoň rámcově informováni a jsou- li si vědomi výhod, které z takové léčby plynou.První fázi výzkumu bude tvořit získání základního výběrového souboru. Pro získání respondentů zvolím metodu záměrného účelového výběru přes instituce. Základním souborem určeným pro samotný výzkum budou klienti těch zařízení, kterým bude jednak umožněno se takového výzkumu účastnit a kteří budou ochotni a schopni na výzkumu participovat. Prostřednictvím prostého účelového výběru, provedu Fagerstromův test všech zúčastněných respondentů výzkumu. Na základě výsledku tohoto testu zjistím,kolik lidí hospitalizovaných pro závislost na alkoholu s diagnozou F10.2 má současně i diagnozu F17.2- poruchu chování způsobenou užíváním tabáku. Toto zjištění vygeneruje výběrový soubor, se kterým budu nadále pracovat. Pro práci s výběrovým souborem klientů,bude hlavní použitou metodou sběru dat metoda dotazníková. V dotazníku budou zastoupeny jak... WORK The aim of this work is to explore and describe the problem of nicotine clients of residential facilities voluntarily hospitalized for alcohol dependence. Learn whether it is on their side for such treatment if they are interested or might acquire in the course of his treatment of alcoholism motivation to quit smoking if they were offered such treatment if they were on a method of treating at least generally aware and if you know the benefits of such léčby.První stage research will consist of obtaining the basic sample. To obtain the respondents will choose the method of choice through deliberate purpose institutions. The population intended for actual research facility which clients will be allowed to participate in such research and who will be able to participate in research. Through the simple purpose a selection, Fagerström test for all survey respondents. Based on the results of this test determine how many people hospitalized for alcohol dependence with the diagnosis F10.2 simultaneously diagnoses F17.2-behavioral disorders due to use of tobacco.
