3 Abstrakt Práce se zabývá identifikací pracovníka s organizační kulturou jako faktorem ovlivňujícím pracovní spokojenost. Zaměřuje se na pojetí organizační kultury, její obsah, strukturu, vznik, determinanty, význam a na konkrétní typologie organizačních kultur. Dále se věnuje pojetí identifikace pracovníka, kde důraz je kladen především na faktory, které tuto identifikaci ovlivňují a její typické projevy, a následně se věnuje pojetí pracovní spokojenosti, přičemž pozornost je zaměřena zejména na faktory, které ji ovlivňují. Souvislosti a vzájemné vztahy mezi těmito třemi koncepty jsou popsány z teoretického hlediska a analyzovány v rámci empirického šetření, realizovaného ve specifickém prostředí studentské neziskové organizace. Klíčová slova: organizační kultura, identifikace pracovníka, pracovní spokojenost 4 Abstract The bachelor thesis deals with the identification with an organisational culture as a job satisfaction factor. It is focused on the concept of organisational culture, its content, structure, formation, determinants, function and some specific typologies, then on the concept of organisational identification where there are emphasized its factors and its distinctive manifestations and as last on the concept of job satisfaction. The main attention is paid again to the factors that affect it. The relations between these three concepts are discussed from a theoretical perspective and then analysed in an empirical investigation which was conducted in a specific environment of a student non-profit organisation.
