Significant peak broadening was observed for some N-methylated peptides as a consequence of cis/trans isomerism of the peptide bond. Chromatographic behavior of the N-methylated peptides was compared with data obtained by NMR. U některých N-metylovaných peptidů bylo pozorováno významné rozšíření RP-HPLC píků jako důsledek cis/trans isomerie peptidové vazby. Chromatografické chování N-metylovaných peptidů bylo srovnáváno s daty získanými z NMR studie daných peptidů.
