Práce nazvaná Analýza úrazovosti žáků oboru kuchař na vybraných pracovištích odborného výcviku je zaměřena především na charakteristiku problematiky ochrany zdraví žáků, vymezení základních pojmů, stručný přehled předpisů a podmínek, za kterých je možno odborný výcvik provádět. Cílem této práce nebylo sepsat všechny legislativní předpisy, ale vytvořit stručné vodítko pro učitele odborného výcviku. V praktické části jsem se pokusila porovnat úrazovost žáků u dvou různých typů vedení odborného výcviku, pod vedením učitele odborného výcviku a na individuálním pracovišti pod vedením instruktora odborného výcviku. Na základě zjištěných skutečností a poznatků jsem uvedla návrhy na zlepšení současného stavu v oblasti BOZP na vybraných školách a doporučení pro pedagogickou praxi. The thesis named Safety and protection of students of cook specialisation at their vocational training workplace focuses namely on the characterization of the issue of students' health protection, definition of basic terms and a brief overview of regulations and conditions governing the performance of vocational training. My aim was not to make a list of all legal regulations but rather to provide brief guidelines for vocational teachers. In the practical part I tried to compare accident rate of students in two different types of vocational training, namely training under the command of a vocational teacher and training at an individual workplace under the leadership of a vocational training instructor. Based on the discovered facts and findings I then gave suggestions for the improvement of the current state in the field of Occupational Safety and Health at our school and recommendations for pedagogical practice.
