KLÍČOVÁ SLOVA: Neverbální komunikace, prvky neverbální komunikace, pedagogický pracovník, předškolní vzdělávání, přijímací řízení, kritéria, rukověť6 ABSTRACT: Knowledge of individual elements of non-verbal communication is of great contribution for verifying submitted information, opening possibilities to view personal characteristics of given individuals. These pieces of knowledge can be successfully used during job interviews for pre-school institutions. This is one of the criteria, which can help discover desired qualities of future teachers, which are necessary for good work simultaneously helping to discover undesirable and problematic qualities. This thesis aims at detecting which features of non-verbal communication are most preferred by headmasters of pre-school institutions in the process of talking on new teachers. Instructions, created on the basis of the questionnaire evaluation and personal interviews, explain the most significant elements of non-verbal communication. These instructions can be used to help during job interviews.
