Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou obchodní funkce podniku. Konkrétně je zaměřena nákupní funkci podniku, řízení zásob a segmentaci zákazníků. Práce obsahuje analýzu současného stavu podniku, ze kterých vychází návrhy změn pro zlepšení obchodní funkce podniku a spokojenosti zákazníků. The bachelor thesis deals with the business function of the company. Specifically, it focuses on the purchasing function of the company, inventory management, and customer segmentation. The thesis contains an analysis of the current state of the company, on which are based proposals for changes to improve company’s business function and customer satisfaction.
