Obsahem této závěrečné práce je návrh informačního strategie středně velké společnosti se zaměřením na informační systém. V úvodní části jsou shrnuty teoretické poznatky z této oblasti. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu současného stavu podniku, zaměřenou na ICT a dále návrh na zavedení informační strategie. Detailnější zaměření práce je na oblast CRM navrhovaného informačního systému. This diploma thesis is focused on the information strategy of midsize firm. The first part summarizes theoretical principles. The practical part contains analysis of the current state focused on ICT and proposal for implementation of information strategy. For a more detailed description, the CRM module was selected.
