Je popsán princip superkritické fluidní chromatografie, současný stav a možnosti instrumentace, spojení s MS nebo MALDI-TOF, uvedeny příklady separací a diskutována možnost použití SFC k získání fyzikálně chemických dat. The principle of supecritical fluid chromatography, current state and instrumentation possibilities, hyphenation with MS or MALDI-TOF are described. The examples of separation are presented, and the possibility of using SFC for obtaining physico-chemical data are discussed.
