Detekce alkoholu v těle ve formě etanolu je možná jen v relativně krátkém čase. Etylglukuronid může být stanoven v tělních tekutinách, tkáních a vlasech po několika dnech. ITP-CZE umožňuje v prvním kroku nadávkovat větší objem vzorku, rozseparovat složky vzorku a odstranit nežádoucí složky. V druhém kroku je analyzována zjednodušená a definovaná část vzorku It is possible to detect alcohol in human body only in a relatively short time after ethanol consumption. Ethylglucuronide as an alcohol metabolite, can be determined in body fluids, tissues and hair even after several days. ITP-CZE enables in the first step to inject a relatively large sample volume, to separate sample components and to remove undesirable components. In the second step a simplified and defined part of the sample is analysed
