Hlavním tématem této bakalářské práce je analýza nastavení a možných rizik penzijního systému České republiky a jeho komparace s nastavením penzijního systému Velké Británie. První část práce je úvod do problematiky sociálního zabezpečení. Dále je v práci obsažen všeobecný popis důchodových systémů, jejich klasifikace a způsoby financování. Analýza důchodových systémů vybraných zemí ukazuje vývoj od historie až po jejich současný stav. Následná komparace je provedena na základě dat získaných z řad vybraných demografických a ekonomických ukazatelů, z kterých jsou na závěr odvozeny návrhy a doporučení pro zlepšení fungování důchodového systému ČR. The main theme of the bachelor thesis is analysis the settings and possible risks of pension system in Czech Republic and its comparison with the setting of the pension system in the United Kingdom. The first part is an introduction to the problematics of social security. The study also included a general description of pension systems, their classification and methods of financing. Analysis of pension systems both compared countries shows the progression from history to the present state. Following comparison is made based on data obtained from demographical and economical index number, of which are derived suggestions and recommendations for improving the functioning of the Czech pension system.
