[cze][eng] Práce pojednává o problematice mentální hygieny u pomáhajících profesí. Nástrojem, který jejich příslušníci při pomáhání používají, je jejich osobnost. Se svými klienty vytvářejí určitý druh vztahu a do své práce jsou často emocionálně zainteresováni. Jsou tak ve zvýšené míře vystaveni takovým potížím, jako je syndrom pomáhajícího, stres, syndrom vyhoření, deprese či různé psychosomatické obtíže. Nedílnou součástí jejich povolání by proto měla být mentální hygiena, která působí především jako prevence uvedených obtíží, ale i jako jejich možné řešení. The personality of the workers is a tool, which they need for their work. They also create some kind of a relationship with their clients and they are often emotionally involved in their work. That is why they must manage some problems more often than people working in another professions. These problems are for example a helper's syndrome, stress, burnout, depression and psychosomatic problems. Therefore there should be an inseperable part of their profession - a mental hygiene.
