Magisterská práce s názvem "Úloha ošetřujících při mobilizaci nepohyblivých pacientů a možnosti rehabilitačního ošetřovatelství" se zabývá kvalitou poskytování podpory pohybu na I. interním oddělení v Nemocnici Most, o.z. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, teoretickou a empirickou. V teoretické části se zabývám rehabilitačním ošetřovatelstvím v kontextu poskytování kvalitní komplexní ošetřovatelské péče. V této části diplomové práce prezentuji na základě studia literatury potřeby pacientů, problematiku podpory pohybu, legislativní kompetence ošetřujících vztahující se k rehabilitačnímu ošetřovatelství a nácviku soběstačnosti. Pozornost věnuji důsledkům z imobility a kvalitě života, která s pohybem úzce souvisí. Závěrečná část teoretické části je věnována konceptu kinestetiky a jejímu uplatnění při podpoře pohybu. Praktická část je věnována vlastnímu empirickému šetření. V ní popisuji metodu kvalitativního výzkumu, vlastní kvalitativní šetření mezi všeobecnými sestrami na I. interním oddělení zaměřené na znalosti týkající se rehabilitačního ošetřovatelství. Cílem magisterské práce je poukázat na nutnost poskytování zvýšené péče o pohybovou aktivitu pacientů, při které je vhodné implementovat koncept kinestetiky. Klíčová slova: pohyb, potřeby pacientů, kvalita života, soběstačnost, rehabilitační... The present master thesis titled "The role of nursing staff in mobilisation of immobile patients and possibilities of physiotherapy" is focused on the quality of providing movement support on the Ist clinical department ofinternal medicine in the local hospital of the town of Most. The thesis is divided into two parts-theoretical and empirical one. In the theoretical part I focus on the role od physiotherapy from the point of view of providing the high-quality integrated nursing care. In this part of thesis I introduce the issues of patients' needs, movement support as an improvement of patient's quality of life and legislative competences of nursing staff related to physiotherapeutical care and self-reliance training based on the respective bibliographical sources. Further I also focus on the consequenses of immobility and the aspects of life quality, which is very intensively linked to patient's movement compentences.Final chapter of the theoretical part describes the principles of kistestetics and its implementation in movement support. The empirical part is formed of a research and its results interpretation.There I introduce the methodology of qualitative research and further I describe the proper reasearch itself , which was carried out among registered nurses on the I st clinical department...
