[cze][eng] Diplomová práce Osudy majetku Sternbergů ve 20. století v obecné rovině shrnuje proměny českých hradů a zámků v uvedeném období, kdy došlo několikrát ke změně jejich vlastníka a vnitřní náplně, která předurčovala úpravy exteriéru a zejména interiéru. Práce se tak dotýká osudu šlechty a jejího majetku a ve 2. polovině 20. století zejména vývoje památkových institucí, které spravovaly objekty převedené do státního vlastnictví. Podrobněji se čtenářům představuje historie tří objektů, jež na počátku 20. století vlastnili Sternbergové. Do zámku Březina (okr. Rokycany), původně letního sídla rodiny, se po zestátnění nastěhovalo lesnické učiliště se svými žáky a učiteli. Hrad Český Šternberk (okr. Benešov), prastaré rodinné sídlo, přečkal druhou světovou válku pod nucenou správou a po zestátnění byl jako památka první kategorie určen ke zpřístupnění veřejnosti se svým původním mobiliářem. Z nedalekého zámku Jemniště rodina zařízení odvezla, poté co objekt bez jejich souhlasu nucený správce prodal. Novému majiteli, členu NSDAP, byl po válce majetek zkonfiskován na základě Benešových dekretů a na státním zámku Jemniště se během následujících pěti desítek let vystřídalo několik kulturních institucí se svými stálými či dočasnými výstavami.Dissertation Story of the Sternberg's Property in 20th Century in general meaning summarize the transformations of Czech castles and palaces in the mentioned period, when the proprietor and usage has been changed many times, while this fact destined the property to changes of exteriors and especially interiors. This dissertation is related to the destiny of nobility and its property and in the second half of the 20th century especially to development of historical care institutions, which administrated the objects transferred into the property of the government. Detailed description is given to tree objects, owned at the beginning of 20th century by the Sternberg family. Into palace Březina (district Rokycany), originally the summerhouse of the family, was moved a forestry school with its students and teachers. Castle Český Šternberk (district Benešov), ancient family seat, survived the Second World War under receivership, after nationalization was as a historical monument of 1st category with its original furniture opened to public. From the nearby palace Jemniště family moved all the furniture after the palace was sold by the receiver without letting them know. To the new owner, member of NSDAP, the property was nationalized by the Beneš decrees. State-owned palace Jemniště hosted for the next 50...
