Vedoucí: Prof. Ing. Václav Bunc, CSc. Název: Redukce hmotnosti pomocí režimových opatření (pohyb a dieta). Cíle: Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je na základě rozboru literatury stanovit zásady redukce hmotnosti pomocí pohybové aktivity a dietních opatření. Metody: Zvolenou metodou byla rešerše odborné literatury a textů. Informace jsem vyhledával v tištěných materiálech a na internetu. Výsledky: Rozhodující příčinou vzniku obezity je nepoměr mezi příjmem a výdejem energie. Nejdůležitější složkou ovlivňující energetickou bilanci je pohybová aktivita a způsob stravování. Program musí respektovat aktuální úroveň zdatnosti a předchozí pohybovou zkušenost a musí zatěžovat velké svalové skupiny. Pohybovou intervenci při BMI vyšším než 35 kg/mš je třeba konzultovat s obezitologem. Klíčová slova: obezita, Body Mass Index, energetická bilance Supervisor: Prof. Ing. Václav Bunc, CSc. Goals: The main goal of my work is to analyze literature and specify the rules of weight reduction using physical activity and dietary measures. Methods: Search of expert literature and texts, both in print and online. Results: The decisive cause of obesity is disbalance between energy intake and expenditure. The most important factor influencing energy balance is physical activity and diet. The program must respect individual's current physical fitness and past exercise experience and must engage broad muscle groups.
