Rákosníci rodu Acrocephalus prodělali během posledních několika milionů letadaptivní radiaci, která dala vzniknout třiceti jedna druhům obývajících předevšímEurasii, Afriku a Austrálii. Většina druhů je morfologicky velmi podobná, liší sevšak ekologickými nároky, migrační strategií a zpěvem. Mezi jednotlivými druhydochází v přírodě k hybridizaci a to nejen mezi sesterskými druhy, ale i mezifylogeneticky relativně vzdálenými. Hlavním cílem této studie bylo zjistit, jestlitato hybridizace vede ke genovému toku mezi druhy a jaké faktory míru genovéhotoku ovliňují. Za tímto účelem jsme provedli detailní populačně genetickou analýzuu tří evropských druhů rákosníků rodu Acrocephalus, podrodu Notiocichla:rákosníka obecného (A. scirpaceus), rákosníka zpěvného (A. palustris) a rákosníkapokřovního (A. dumetorum). Naše výsledky založené na analýze sekvenčních datz osmi jaderných lokusů ukazují, že ke genovému toku mezi studovanými druhydochází, ale vždy jen v jednom směru. Genový tok je vyšší mezi genetickypříbuznějšími druhy než mezi ekologicky podobnějšími druhy, kteří mají vícepříležitostí k hybridizaci. Odhadli jsem také, že rákosník obecný a rákosník zpěvnýdivergovali zhruba před 1,1 milionem let a rákosník pokřovní a předek rákosníkaobecného a rákosníka zpěvného zhruba před 2,5 miliony let. U dvou lokusů... Acrocephalus warblers have gone through the adaptive radiation during last severalmillion years, which gave rise to thirty one species occupying mainly Eurasia,Africa and Australia. The majority of species are morphologically very similar,however, they differ in ecological requirements, migration strategy, and song.Interspecific hybridization seems to be quite common among Acrocephaluswarblers, not only between sister species, but also between more distantly relatedtaxa. The main goal of this study was to determine whether this hybridization leadsto gene flow between species and which factors affect the rate of interspecific geneflow. For this purpose we conducted population-genetic analysis in three Europeanspecies of the Acrocephalus warblers of the subgenus Notiocichla: reed warbler (A.scirpaceus), marsh warbler (A. palustris), and blyth's reed warbler (A. dumetorum).Our results based on the analysis of sequence data from eight nuclear loci indicate,that gene flow between the studied species occurs, but only in one direction. Thegene flow is higher between genetically more related species than betweenecologically more similar species.
