Bakalářská práce pojednává o třech skupinách strategií harmonizace pracovních a rodinných rolí současných českých žen. Strategie jsou rozděleny dle tří stanovených ideálních typů žen, kterými jsou ženy usilující o slaďování pracovního a rodinného života, ženy působící pouze ve sféře zaměstnání a konečně ženy působící pouze ve sféře rodiny a domácnosti. V textu je věnována pozornost jednotlivým třem typům žen a vymezeným specifickým skupinám, které jsou k těmto typům přiřazeny na základě svého charakteru. V druhé části práce je rozpracována analýza nástrojů podporujících slaďování práce a rodiny v České republice, konkrétně nástrojů poskytovaných dvěma subjekty, kterými jsou stát a zaměstnavatelé. Dále jsou v této části analyzovány bariéry bránící českým ženám v úspěšné harmonizaci soukromého a veřejného života, tyto bariéry jsou opět rozděleny na ty, které pochází od státu a ty, které jsou na straně zaměstnavatelů. Podklady pro zpracování práce jsou sekundární data získávaná rešerší dokumentů a data primární, pro jejichž sběr slouží kvalitativní metoda rozhovorů s aktérkami. Klíčová slova Harmonizace pracovního a rodinného života, gender, rovné příležitosti, rodinná politika, ženy, Česká republika The Bachelor thesis deals with three groups of strategies for reconciliation of work and family roles of contemporary Czech women. The strategies are devided according to three ideal types of women. These ideal types are women who are seeking to harmonize work and family life, than women working only in the sphere of employment, and - finally only women in the sphere of family and household. The text is devoted to various three types of women and to specific groups of women, which are linked with these ideal types according to their character. In the second part of the thesis an analysis of tools is made which could help to work-life balance in the Czech Republic, namely the tools provided by two subjects, which are the state and employers. Furthemore, in this part barriers are analyzed, which prevent women from successful reconciliation of private and public life. These barriers are also divided into those that come from the state and those from employers. Resources for processing the thesis are secondary data obtained by literature research and primary data from interviews with actors (qualitative method).
