Hypotéza č. 1 se nepotvrdila, jelikož nedošlo k významné změně u všech sledovaných oblastí držerú těla, hypotéza č. 2 byla potvrzena a vlivem cvičebního programu došlo k významnému snížerú stupně svalového zkrácení a hypotéza č. 3 se nepotvrdila a u některých sledovaných parametrů došlo k významné změně mezi prvním a druhým...Title of the thesis: Intluencing the posture of persons suffering from medium mental handicap Aim of the thesis: The goal was to evaluate the impact of an exercise unit on selected functions ofthe locomotor system. Methodology: The hasíc concept was to perform a case study of 12 persons suffering from medium mental handicap (in average aged 25 years). The participants were examined with the help ofbasic examination methods to define their posture and muscle dysbalances. The study took four months and the examinations were carried out before the exercise scheme, during the scheme (after two months) and after the completion of the special four-month exercise scheme based on methods ofremedial physical training. Conclusion: After applying the special four-month scheme the results indicate that all members of the monitored group show improvement in all selected indicators of the locomotor system function, i.e. muscle atonia, muscle contracture, and hodily posture, despite the fact that not all hypotheses have been confirmed. Hypothesis 1 was not confirmed: no significant change was found in all aspects of the hodily posture; hypothesis 2 was confirmed: the exercise scheme contributed significantly to improvements in muscle contracture; and hypothesis 3 was not confirmed: in some parameters a...
