Ovlivňování veřejného mínění spolu se zastoupením žen v mocenských a rozhodovacích pozicích prací neziskových organizací a Vlády ČR Ve své práci se zaměřuji na analýzu institucionálního a legislativního zabezpečení podpory žen v politice. Jednak ze strany Vlády ČR, tak z pohledu aktivit nestátních neziskových organizací, které se angažují v oblasti podpory českých političek. Odhaluji znaky spolupráce a substituce ze strany neziskových organizací. Na základě průzkumů ukazuji, že práce obou stran je nevyhnutelná. Diplomová práce dále na základě primární i sekundární analýzy dat ukazuje aktivity jednotlivých nestátních neziskových organizací v oblasti podpory pozitivního náhledu na ženy v regionální i státní politice, dále se snažím zhodnotit výsledky jejich práce na základě změn, které jsou patrné v jednotlivých výzkumech, které proběhly během posledních pěti let. Dílčími cíli jsou popis současného stavu a institucionálního zajištění problematiky rovných příležitostí. Praktická část analyzuje výzkum, který byl proveden mou osobou na 176 respondentech a kde jsem se pomocí otevřených a uzavřených otázek dotazníkového šetření pokusila odhalit postoje skupiny studentů Střední školy gastronomické a hotelové na účast žen v české politice a na práci nestátních neziskových organizací pracujících v oblasti... Interaction of Public Opinion Together with Women's Representation in Positions of Power by the Help of Non- Government Organizations and the Czech Republic Government In my thesis I survey an institutional and legislative provision of women's backing in Czech political scene. First I map over the Czech Republic government and as second I analyze the activities of non - government organizations working in the field of assistance to Czech women politicians. I detect characters of cooperation and displacement from the non - government organizations' side. Pursuant to researches I show the work of both sides as essential. This thesis analyze activities of concrete non- government organizations as well. It specialize in organizations that are ones of the most active props for positive look in women in regional and top politic. That is followed by evaluating results, which were made in particular researches in last few years. Subunits are descriptions of actual state of affairs and institutional provision in case of equal opportunity problematic. The applied part is paid to analysis of my own researches, that was made with 176 informants and where I ,with help of opened and closed questions interviews, tried to disclose bearings of Czech community to the participation of Czech women in politic and to...
