[cze][eng] Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem Osobní asistence jako jedna z cest k naplňování lidských práv člověka s postižením. Cílem této práce je prokázat, že osobní asistence je vhodným prostředkem k naplňování potřeb a práv lidí se zdravotním postižením. Předpokladem práce je, že osobní asistence umožňuje lidem žít běžným životem ve společnosti. Tento cíl se promítá v teoretické částí, která seznamuje s bližší problematikou. Dále ho vymezuje praktická část, kdy se svého cíle se snažím dosáhnout pomocí kvantitativního výzkumu formou dotazníku. Dotazníkové šetření proběhlo s klienty občanského sdružení Asistence. Dotázaní respondenti odpovídali na 12 položených otázek. V dotazníku byly dvě stěžejní otevřené otázky, které přinesly práci dosažení cíle. The aim of the thesis is demonstration personal assistance as a suitable tool for fulfilling needs and rights of a person with special needs. The hypothesis of the work is that personal assistance allows people with special needs living ordinary life in the society. The theoretical part contains orientation in this topic. The practical part contains qualitative questionnaire to endorse the aim of the thesis. The questionnaire contains 12 questions and was filled in by clients of non-government organization Asistance.
