Práce se zabývá panelovými sídlišti v České republice. Prefabbed blocks of flats became the most problematic form of dwelling. These are usually situated in large housing estates where 1/3 of all inhabitants of the state live. Problems of housing are significantly concentrated both territorially and socially and they partly follow prosperity of regions. On a microscale, it is necessary to solve problems of housing estates, especially their technical, aesthetic, architectonic and functional quality
