Téma diplomové práce bylo zvoleno Zhodnocení vývoje pojistného na sociální zabezpečení v České republice. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První teoretická část obsahuje historii sociálního pojištění v Československu, jeho vývoj a popis současného stavu v kontextu s právními úpravami, kterými sociální pojištění v České republice prošlo. Ve druhé části práce je provedena analýza sociálního pojištění z veřejně dostupných dat, která jsou převedena do souhrnných tabulek a grafů. Analyzován je počet poplatníků pojistného, příjmy a výdaje na sociální zabezpečení, struktura pohledávek a úspěšnost výběru pojistného. V závěrečné části je provedeno zhodnocení současného systému sociálního pojištění v České republice a jsou předloženy návrhy zvýšení příjmů, tedy na stabilizaci systému sociálního pojistného. Thesis topic was chosen Assessment of development of social security in the Czech Republic. The work is divided into two parts. The first theoretical part includes the history of social insurance in Czechoslovakia, its development and description of the current situation in the context of the rules which the social insurance in the Czech Republic has passed. The second part is an analysis of social insurance from publicly available data, which are transferred into summary tables and graphs. Analyzed the number of payers of insurance premiums, income and expenditure on social security, debt structure and success of premium collection. The final section is an assessment of the current social insurance system in the Czech Republic are proposals to increase income, thus to stabilize the system of social insurance premiums.
