Bakalářská práce s názvem "Univerzita třetího věku jako součást systému celoživotního učení" je zaměřena na Univerzity třetího věku a jejich zájemce, tedy na lidi v postproduktivním věku a jejich motivaci ke vzdělávání. V teoretické části jsou na základě odborné literatury charakterizovány možnosti vzdělávání seniorů a motivace a potřeby zaměřené na seniory. Dále je charakterizován vývoj a vznik Univerzit třetího věku (U3V) a shrnuty možnosti vzdělávání na Univerzitě třetího věku na České zemědělské univerzitě (ČZU) v Praze. Praktická část se věnuje průzkumu, konkrétně dotazníkovému šetření, v rámci něhož byli osloveni respondenti z kurzů U3V na ČZU v Praze. Na základě sesbíraných dat jsou v závěru práce zhodnoceny vstupní hypotézy s výsledky dotazníkového šetření a vyhodnoceno, co seniory ke vzdělávání motivuje. The bachelor's thesis "University of the third age as a part of lifelong learning system" is focused on the University of the Third Age and their candidates, who are people of retirees and their motivation for learning. In the theoretical part are characterized possibilities of senior's education and motivation, and needs which are focused on seniors. In the next part of bachelor's thesis is characterized by the development and establishment of the University of the Third Age (U3A) and summarized the possibilities of education at the University of the Third Age at CULS Prague (Czech University of Life Sciences Prague). The practical part is devoted to a survey, exactly the questionnaire survey, for which were approached the respondents from courses U3A at CULS Prague. The results of collected data are compared with the input hypoteses and assessing what motivates seniors to education in the final section of bachelor's thesis.
