Diplomová práce se zabývá deskripcí základních pojmů z oblasti historie vinné révy, charakteristice vína a jeho druhů, tříděním odrůd vinné révy, nejpěstovanějším odrůdám a nejvýznamnějším pěstebním oblastem vína. Pozornost je věnována výrobě jednotlivých druhů vín, hodnocení jejich jakosti, způsobu skladování, nákupu a konzumaci. Praktická část práce porovnává nejvýznamnější pěstební oblasti a pěstované odrůdy v Rakousku a České republice. Pozornost věnuje výrobě vína, zvyklostem spotřebitelů, spotřebě vína a aktuálnímu stavu tohoto trhu. Rovněž je analyzován zahraniční obchod obou zemí jak z kvantitativního, tak z kvalitativního pohledu a provedena analýza vzájemného obchodu s touto komoditou. Pozornost je věnována rovněž existenci černého trhu v České republice. Závěr práce porovnává obě země z pohledu plochy vinic, celkové výroby a spotřeby vína, podílu tuzemské produkce na celkové spotřebě, porovnává nejoblíbenější odrůdy a zaměření vývozu a dovozu. The diploma thesis deals with the description of basic concepts of the grapevine history, characterization of wine and its species, classification of grapevine varieties, most varieties grown and with the most important wine growing regions. The emphasis is focused on different types of wine, evaluation of their quality, methods of storage, buying pattern and consumption. The practical part compares the major growing areas and major varieties grown in Austria and in the Czech Republic. The emphasis is concentrated on the wine production, consumer habits, wine consumption and current state of the market. The analysis of foreign trade with this commodity between the two countries was conducted by both quantitative and qualitative research approaches. Some attention is also paid to the existence of black market in the Czech Republic. Conclusion of the thesis analyses the two countries in terms of vineyard area, total wine production and consumption, share of domestic production in total consumption and it compares the most popular grapevine species and countrys specialization in exports and imports.
