Bakalářská práce ,,Vytváření vztahu ke čtenářům na příkladu magazínu ELLE" má za cíl zjistit, jakým způsobem si tištěná, periodická média získávají a udržují své čtenáře, a to především lifestylový magazín ELLE. Teoretická část slouží k pochopení médií, vysvětlení pojmů jako je marketing, reklama, mediální produkt a dalších oblastí, které úzce souvisí s médii a jejich působením. Součástí teoretické části je také představení způsobu výzkumu, který je uskutečněn v praktické části. V Praktické části je představen magazín ELLE, od jeho historie až po uvedení na český trh a také jeho úspěšnost v prodaných výtiscích v posledních letech. V této části je provedena obsahová analýza třinácti výtisků magazínu ELLE z období od září roku 2014 do září roku 2015. Strany magazínu jsou rozděleny na základě jejich obsahu do předem utvořených kategorií a podrobněji obsahově prozkoumány. Dále jsou v praktické části analyzované rozhovory s respondenty, kteří čtou magazín ELLE. Jejich výpovědi jsou porovnávány a zjišťují se důvody, proč magazín ELLE čtou. V praktické části je také srovnání archivního magazínu se současnými výtisky. Pomocí obsahové analýzy, rozhovorů a i zjištění vývoje magazínu se utvořil obraz, který zjistil, jak si magazín ELLE vytváří vztah ke čtenářům. The Bachelor thesis "Creating relationships to readers based on ELLE magazine" aims to learn which way printed and periodic media obtain and keep their readers, primarily lifestyle magazine ELLE. Theoretical part serves for understanding the media, explaining the terms like marketing, advertising, media product and other areas closely related to the media and their activity. One section of the theoretical part is also formed by the introduction of the way of research which is put into effect in the practical part. In the practical part magazine ELLE is introduced from its history up to its launch in the Czech Republic and its success in recently sold copies, as well. In this part the content analysis of 13 copies of ELLE magazine from September 2014 to September 2015 has been accomplished. The pages of the magazine are divided on the basis of their contents into beforehand created categories and examined in depth in terms of contents. In the practical part there are also analysed interviews with the respondents who read ELLE magazine. Their answers are compared and the reasons for their reading ELLE magazine are found out. In the practical part there is also comparison of the archival magazine with its current copies. Using the content analysis, interviews and learning the development of the magazine, the picture of formation of the relation to readers has been formed.
