Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na finanční analýzu podniku Czech Aerosol, a.s. za zvolené období pěti let od roku 2010 do roku 2014. Společnost Czech Aerosol, a.s. působí od svého vzniku v oboru výroby aerosolových přípravků. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí. V první, tedy teoretické části, jsou popsány výkazy, ze kterých finanční analýza čerpá. Dále jsou vysvětleny metody finanční analýzy. V praktické části jsou aplikovány vybrané metody na konkrétní data společnosti Czech Aerosol, a.s. a je hodnocena její finanční situace a zdraví. Je provedena horizontální a vertikální analýza výkazů, jsou vypočteny rozdílové ukazatele a poměrové ukazatele rentability, likvidity, zadluženosti a aktivity. S pomocí bankrotních a bonitních modelů je posouzena finančně-ekonomická situace a bude indikováno případné ohrožení finančního zdraví společnosti. Na základě propočtu Du Pontova rozkladu jsou zjištěny příčiny změn vývoje rentability. Na závěr jsou všechny získané poznatky zhodnoceny a bude navrženo doporučení pro další vývoj společnosti. Bachelor thesis is focused on a financial analysis of Czech Aerosol, a. s. for a selected period of five years from 2010 to 2014. The company Czech Aerosol, a. s. has been operating in the branch of aerosol products since its beginning. The thesis consists of two parts. In the first, theoretical part, statements from which the financial analysis gains are described. Also the methods of the financial analysis are explained. In the practical part, selected methods are applied on concrete data of Czech Aerosol, a. s., evaluating its financial situation and health. In the next chapter, a horizontal and vertical analysis is carried out and the profitability, liquidity, indebtedness and activity are calculated. By dint of bankruptcy and credibility models, a financial-economic situation is reviewed indicating the potential danger to the financial health of the company. Based on the calculation of Du Pont decomposition causes of changes in profitability developments are identified. In conclusion, all the knowledges are evaluated and recommendation for the next development of the company is suggested.
