Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na manažerské řízení nákladů a rozpočtů ve společnosti. V teoretické části je provedena rešerše odborné literatury a internetových zdrojů. Jsou zde popsány účetní systémy, úkoly manažerského účetnictví, náklady společnosti a rozpočetnictví. Dále je v práci popsána tvorba manažerského rozhodování a strategické plánování. Analytická část práce je zaměřena na popis vybraného podniku, jeho organizační struktury, výrobní program, konkurenceschopnost, technologické procesy a vzdělávání zaměstnanců ve firmě. Z rozvahy a výkazů zisků a ztrát je zpracována horizontální a vertikální analýza za roky 2012 až 2014. V závěru práce jsou popsány návrhy na zlepšení stávající úrovně manažerského účetnictví a optimalizace nákladů ve společnosti. This bachelor thesis is focused on the managerial cost management in the company. The theoretical part provides literature and internet sources. In this part is described accounting systems, the tasks of management accounting, budgeting and costs of the company. Here is also described the production of managerial decision making and strategic planning. Analytical part is focused on the description of the selected company, its organizational structure, production program, competitiveness, technological processes and education of employees in the company. From the balance sheet and profit and loss account is processed horizontal and vertical analysis of the years 2012 to 2014. In the conclusion is described proposals for improvement of managerial accounting and cost optimization in the company.
