Bakalářská práce na téma: Veřejné příjmy, jejich charakteristika, druhy a členění, má za úkol teoreticky popsat veřejné příjmy, jako součást rozpočtů, popřípadě mimorozpočtových fondů. Vzhledem k tomu, že je práce celá teoretická, popisuje příjmy obecně, bez konkrétních příkladů. Bude použito kompilační metody. Práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. V první z nich se pokusím popsat obecné vymezení a členění veřejných příjmů. V části druhé popíši hlavní rysy financování místní správy po roce 1989. V části poslední zmíním význam jednotlivých druhů veřejných příjmů v místních rozpočtech. Závěr bakalářské práce zdůrazňuje nezastupitelné místo veřejných příjmů v místních financích při zabezpečení optimální alokace požadovaných veřejných statků na lokální úrovni. The Bachelor thesis of "Public revenues, their characteristics, types and classification" describes the public revenue, as part of the budget or extra-budgetary funds. Because the work is entire theoretical, describes revenue in general, no specific examples. I will be used a compilation method. The Bachelor thesis is focused on three main chapters. The first of them describes general definition and classification of public revenue. The second part describes the main characteristics of local government financing after 1989. The last part describes the meaning of the various types of public revenues in local budgets. The end of the Bachelor thesis emphasizes the substantial role of public revenues in local finances.
