Cílem této bakalářské práce je posoudit finanční situaci společnosti JKZ BUČOVICE, a.s. v letech 2009--2013 a zjistit efektivnost jejího hospodaření. Dílčím cílem této práce je posouzení kvality podnikatelského prostředí v Bučovicích a okolí. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí - teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část vysvětluje pojem finanční analýzy, její nejčastěji používané metody a popisuje faktory ovlivňující kvalitu podnikatelského prostředí. V praktické části je provedena finanční analýza tohoto podniku. Posouzení a následné vyhodnocení finanční situace JKZ BUČOVICE, a.s. je provedeno prostřednictvím horizontální a vertikální analýzy, analýzy poměrových a rozdílových ukazatelů a modelů predikce finanční tísně podniku. Kvalita podnikatelského prostředí je klasifikována dle pracovních, infrastrukturních, lokálních, cenových, obchodních a environmentálních faktorů. The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to evaluate the financial situation of the company JKZ BUČOVICE, a.s. in the years 2009--2013, as well as an effectiveness analysis of the running business. A partial aim of this thesis is also a review of the quality of business environment in Bučovice and its neighbourhood. The work is divided into two parts - the theoretical and practical one. The theoretical explains the term financial analysis, its most used metods and defines factors affecting the quality of business environment. In practical part is performed the financial analysis for this company. The review and afterwards an evaluation of the financial situation of the company JKZ BUČOVICE, a.s. is provided by the horizontal and vertical analysis, analysis of ratio and differential indicators as well as business models of financial distress prediction. The quality of business enviroment is classified according to labour, infrastructure, local, price, trade and environmental factors.
