Cílem této bakalářské práce je seznámení se s metodami detekce komplexu QRS a jednu zvolenou metodu detekce realizovat prostřednictvím programovacího jazyku Matlab. Detektor je dále otestován na databázi CSE a výsledky jsou srovnány s jinými metodami. Poslední část této práce se zabývá metodami transformace svodů mezi různými svodovými systémy. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to become familiar with methods of detection of the QRS complex and the one chosen detection method realize by the Matlab. The detection of QRS is tested on a CSE database and the results are compared with other methods. The last part of this thesis is concerned with transformation leads methods between different lead systems.
