Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zhodnocením finanční situace společnosti NEKR SERVIS s. r. o. v letech 2010-2014. Teoretická část vymezuje základní termíny, metody a ukazatele. V praktické části je provedena externí, interní a finanční analýza vybraného podniku. Na základě zjištěných výsledků z těchto analýz jsou sestaveny návrhy a doporučení na možné zlepšení finanční situace podniku. This diploma thesis deals with the assessment of the financial situation of the selected company NEKR SERVIS s. r. o. in the years from 2010 to 2014. The theoretical part defines the basic terms, methods and indicators. The practical part deals with the external, internal and financial analysis of the selected company. Based on the observed results of these analyses are drawn out proposals and recommendations for the possibleimprovement of the financial situation of the company.
