Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá snímaním očného pozadia pomocou fundus kamery. Obsahuje tieţ zoznam niektorých chorôb, ktoré sa na očnom pozadí viditeľne prejavujú. Kaţdé ochorenie je navyše doplnené o snímky zobrazujúce symptómy daného ochorenia. Tie sú následne rozloţené na jednotlivé RGB zloţky. V ďalšom kroku sú snímky očného pozadia filtrované prostredníctvom funkcií vytvorených v programe MATLAB tak, aby boli symptómy ochorení čo najviditeľnejšie. This bachelor’s paper deals with the scanning of fundus using a fundus camera. It also contains the list of some retinal diseases which visibly appear on fundus. Moreover, every disease is illustrated with pictures showing the symptoms of the given disease. These pictures include separated RGB channel layers. Consequently, the pictures of fundus are filtrated by function created in MATLAB in order to make the symptoms as visible as possible.
