Tato práce se zabývá problematikou redukce speklí v obrazech z optického koherentního tomografu. Dělí se na čtyři části. První část popisuje základní informace o dané lékařské zobrazovací metodě. Práce se dále zabývá principem měření. Druhá část práce popisuje vznik speklí v obraze a některé metody na jejich redukci. Další část je praktická, která se skládá z popisu akvizice dat, stanovení metodiky hodnocení a vytvoření filtračních metod. Poslední část je zaměřena na testování a hodnocení zhotovených algoritmů a diskuzi o jejich výsledcích. The thesis deals with speckle suppression in images acquired by optical coherence tomograph. It is divided into four parts. The first part describes basic information about the medical imaging method. It also deals with principle of measurement. The second section discusses the formation of image speckle and selected methods to reduce them. Next part is practical and consists of data acquisition, determination of the evaluation methodology and the implementation of speckle reduction methods. The last part is focused on testing and reviews of algorithms and discussion about their results.
