Předmětem této bakalářské práce je konstrukční návrh motorizované polohovací osy pro reflektor měřícího zařízení Laser Tracer. Polohovací osa slouží k ustavení reflektoru do dvou poloh při měření geometrické přesnosti svislých soustruhů. Práce zahrnuje rešerši v oblasti možných konstrukčních řešení daného problému, konstrukční návrh polohovací osy, výpočet potřebného krouticího momentu elektromotoru a návrh jeho řízení. Součástí práce je kompletní výkresová dokumentace a 3D model polohovací osy. The subject of this bachelor work is a structural design drawing of a drived convertible axis for a reflector belonging to a measuring machine called Laser Tracer. The convertible axis is used to establish the reflector into two positions during the measurements of the geometric accuracy of vertical lathes. The work includes research in the area of possible structural solutions to the given issue, structural design drawing of a drived convertible axis, calculation of the needed torgque for an electric motor and its control suggestion. Complete drawing documentation is a part of this work, as well as a 3D model of the convertible axis.
