Práce se zabývá analýzou větrných parků z hlediska EIA, koeficientu ročního využití a ekonomiky provozu. Uvádí využití větrné energie ve větrných elektrárnách, potenciál větrné energie České republiky a kritéria pro výběr lokality pro stavbu věrné elektrárny. Popisuje zákon č. 100/2001 Sb., o posuzování vlivů na životní prostředí, kterým se upravuje proces EIA. Rozebírá potenciální a reálné možnosti využití větrné energie v Severomoravském kraji v návaznosti na územní energetickou koncepci. This thesis deals with analysis of wind parks from aspect of EIA, the annual capacity factor and the economy of operation. It shows the utilization of wind power in wind plants, wind potential of the Czech Republic and criteria for selection locations for construction wind plant. It describes the Act No. 100/2001 Coll., on environmental impact assessment, in which is the EIA process regulated. It analyses potential and real possibilities of wind power utilization in the North Moravian Region in connection with the Territorial Energy Policy.
