Práce je zaměřena na rozbor sil a prostředků HZS ČR, PČR a ZZS. U každé ze jmenovaných složek IZS je vyčleněna jedna z činností, související se vzájemnou spoluprácí u mimořádné události. Jádrem práce je shrnutí sil a prostředků hlavních složek IZS. Největším problémem mobilní techniky v rámci Hasičského záchranného sboru ČR se jeví její zastaralost a potřeba postupné obnovy. V závěru práce je poukázáno na některá negativa a pozitiva v nasazení sil a prostředků včetně návrhu ke zlepšení současné situace. V příloze práce je uvedena případová studie zásahu složek IZS podle skutečné události.
The thesis deals with brief analysis of forces and appliances of Fire rescue service, Police and Emergency medical services. Operations concerning collaboration of IRS bodies in the emergency are also described. The author points out on fire technique, which is outdated and that need restoration. At the end of this work it is dealt with some advantages and disadvantages of using forces and appliances in present conditions including suggestions for improvement. A case study based on a true incident and involved attendance of IRS is presented in the appendix.
