Tématem bakalářské práce je nezaměstnanost absolventů vysokých škol v České republice v letech 2007 až 2014 a její vliv při volbě studijního oboru. První část práce se zabývá trhem práce, nezaměstnaností, jednotlivými ukazateli trhu práce a nezaměstnanosti, definováním míry nezaměstnanosti absolventů vysokých škol a typy nezaměstnanosti. Další kapitoly jsou věnovány státní politice zaměstnanosti a její správě. V praktické části je sledována míra nezaměstnanosti absolventů vysokých škol v uvedených letech. Dalším bodem je vlastní výzkum zabývající se vlivem nezaměstnanosti při volbě oboru. Výsledkem výzkumu je, že u většiny dotazovaných má nezaměstnanost vliv při volbě studijního oboru. The theme of the thesis is the unemployment of university graduates in the Czech Republic between 2007-2014, and its influence in the choice of study. The first part deals with the labor market, unemployment, various indicators of labor market and unemployment, the definition of the unemployment rate of university graduates and types of unemployment. Other chapters are devoted to the state employment policy and its governance. In the practical part is monitored the unemployment rate of university graduates in those years. Another point is my own research on the impact of unemployment in the choice of study. The result of the research is that the majority of those interviewed were influenced by unemployment in the choice of study.
