Bakalářská práce na téma ,,Systém hodnocení zaměstnanců" se zabývá problematikou hodnocení pracovníků v konkrétní organizaci. Cílem bakalářské práce je navrhnout změny pro zefektivnění systému hodnocení ve společnosti Czech Airlines Handling, a.s. Teoretická část obsahuje obecné poznatky z této personální činnosti, vymezuje metody a kritéria, které jsou dále použity v analytické části práce. V praktické části je zanalyzován současný systém hodnocení zaměstnanců ve společnosti, důležitou část tvoří dotazníkové šetření spokojenosti pracovníků se systémem hodnocení. Na základě analýzy dosavadního systému hodnocení ve společnosti jsou zhodnoceny silné a slabé stránky systému a doporučeny návrhy na zlepšení. The bachelor thesis ,,Employee appraisal system" deals with the evaluation of employees in a particular organization. The goal of the thesis is to propose changes for improving the appraisal system efficiency at Czech Airlines Handling, a.s. The theoretical part contains general knowledge of this HR activity, defines the methods and criteria that are further used in the analytical part. The practical part analyzed the current evaluation system of employees in the company, an important part contains the questionnaire survey of staff satisfaction with the appraisal system. Based on analysis of the current appraisal system in the company are evaluated the strengths and weaknesses of the system and recommended proposals for improvements.
