Tématem bakalářské práce je vstup podnikatele na zahraniční trh, konkrétně na území České republiky a Francie. Cílem práce je zanalyzovat právní podmínky a možnosti vstupu podnikatele jako zahraniční osoby na český a francouzský trh. První kapitola stručně popisuje vývoj vzájemného obchodu mezi Českou republikou a Francií. Druhá kapitola je věnována charakteristice systémů a právním podmínkám podnikání v daných státech. Nejdůležitější kapitolou je třetí kapitola, ve které jsou popsány jednotlivé formy podnikání zahraničních osob v České republice a ve Francii. The theme of the thesis is the entrance of entrepreneur on foreign market, specifically to the Czech Republic and France. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the legal conditions and the possibility of enterance the entrepreneur as a foreign person into the Czech and French market. The first chapter describes the development of mutual trade between the Czech Republic and France. The second chapter is devoted to the characteristics of systems and legal business conditions in those countries. The most important chapter is the third chapter, which describes the various forms of entrepreneurship of foreign persons in the Czech Republic and France.
