Introducing and adapting of automated systems of process control contribute to the technology optimisation both from the yield view and fermentation time saving. The substrate feed is controlled according to the actual catabolic need of microbial culture. The total yield did not increase significantly (1.4%, relative standard deviation 4%), but a positive influence on the fermentation time (minus 12%) was found. Závádění a implementace automatizace řízení procesů přispívá k optimalizaci technologie jak z hlediska výtěžnosti, tak úspory času fermentace. Přikrmování substrátem je řízeno podle aktuálních katabolických potřeb mikrobiální kultury. Celková výtěžnost se významně nezměnila (1.4%, relativní standardní odchylka 4%), ale byl zjištěn pozitivní vliv na úsporu fermentačního času (mínus 12%).
