Cílem této bakalářské práce je provést strategickou analýzu společnosti NUTREND D.S., a.s. zabývající se především výrobou stravy a výživových doplňků pro sportovce. V řešení bylo použito metod strategické a finanční analýzy, především pak PESTLE analýza, Porterův model pěti sil a SWOT analýza. Teoretická část představuje metody, které jsou následně v praktické části aplikovány na řešení problému. Na základě zjištěných údajů jsou v závěru poskytnuta doporučení a postupy, které by podnik mohl využít v rámci vlastního strategického řízení. The aim of this thesys is to carry out a strategic analysis of the company Nutrend DS, which acts in the field of nutrition and provides nutritional supplements for athletes . Strategic and financial analysis were used throughout the work, in concrete the PESTLE analysis, competition in the industry , Porter five forces analysis and SWOT analysis. The theoretical part presents methods, which are subsequently applied to the practical part of the problem solving. Based on the data, recommendations and procedures were made to the company in order to improve its own strategic management.
