Tato práce zpracovává téma flexikurity, jejího konceptu v kontextu České republiky. Zabývá se sociálními modely, jejich vzájemným propojením a souvislostí s flexikuritou. Cílem práce bylo ověřit a vysvětlit, jaký má flexikurita vliv na konkurenceschopnost v rámci socioekonomických podmínek ČR. Zaměřila jsem se především na fungování trhů práce, sociálního pojištění v rámci sociálního zabezpečení a celoživotního vzdělávání, jako základních principů, na kterých flexikurita funguje. In this theses I explain the concept of flexicurity aplied in the conditions of Czech Cepublic. The main goal was to explain the impact of flexicurity on competitiveness in the social and economic framework of Czech Republic. The main topics are labour market processes, social protection and lifelong learning strategy as 3 main pillars of flexicurity working togehter to fight unemployment and support employment and labour market flexibility, to ensure a right mix of social protection for people.
