[cze][eng] Tato práce se zabývá analýzou značkové strategie a inovativních možností společnosti OP Papírna, s.r.o., která se zaměřuje na výrobu tenkých tiskových papírů aplikujících se jako příbalové letáky ve farmaceutickém průmyslu na domácím i zahraničních trzích. Autor práce studuje vznik a úspěšnost značkových papírů OP, současnou značkovou strategii společnosti, doprovodný servis a oblíbenost produktů ve srovnání s konkurencí. Autor dále zanalyzoval současný stav firmy pomocé MOST analýzy, vývoj trhu pomocí PESTE analýzy, inovativní možnosti a příležitosti firmy a SWOT analýzu na jejímž základě odpověděl na předem stanovené otázky.This thesis deals with the analysis of the Branding Strategy, Strategic Brand Management and Innovation opportunities of the company OP papírna, s.r.o., producing thinprint paper which is applied as patient information leaflet in pharmaceutical industry for both the Czech and foreign markets. Author of the thesis studies creation and success of the OP brands, current Branding Strategy, following technical service and awareness of the OP products in comparison with the competition. Author also analyzed current condition of the firm using MOST analysis, market development using PESTE analysis and innovative opportunities for the company and SWOT analysis. In that case he answered beforehand-asked questions.
