[cze][eng] Bakalářská práce se zabývá problémem harmonizace práce a péče při návratu žen z rodičovské dovolené na trh práce. Hlavním cílem práce bylo zmapovat u žen na konci rodičovské dovolené a těsně po ukončení rodičovské dovolené překážky na trhu práce, vnitřní a vnější bariéry žen, slaďování mateřství a zaměstnání. Text je rozdělen na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část bakalářské práce se zabývá historií rodiny a rodinné politiky. Popisuje, jaké funkce by měla rodina plnit, význam a hodnotu rodiny pro jedince. První kapitola je zakončena pohledem na současnou rodinnou politiku. V druhé kapitole je zmiňována možnost finančního zajištění ze strany státu v době sociálních událostí těhotenství, porodu a mateřství. Třetí kapitola popisuje postavení žen na trhu práce jak z historického, tak ze současného hlediska. Poslední kapitola teoretické části ukazuje, jaké možnosti ke slaďování práce a péče se nabízí současným rodinám v České republice. Pro praktickou část bakalářské práce byla zvolena metoda dotazování technikou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Výzkumný soubor tvořila šestice žen-matek ve věkovém rozmezí 33-38let z okresu Písek, které jsou v současné době na rodičovské dovolené nebo ji před nedávnem ukončily. V souvislosti s cílem byla stanovena hlavní výzkumná otázka "Jak prožívají ženy návrat z rodičovské dovolené na trh práce?", kterou pomohly zodpovědět tři dílčí výzkumné otázky. Ty se týkaly priorit žen v otázkách slaďování práce a péče, zkušeností žen s překážkami na trhu práce z důvodu rodičovství a procesu dělby práce v rodinách těchto žen. Z rozhovorů vyplynulo, že je pro všechny ženy vždy prioritou rodina před prací. K tomu potřebují spolehlivého partnera a pokud možno fungující širší rodinné zázemí, možnost využívat mateřské školy a družiny pro děti mladšího školního věku, či minimálně možnost placené hlídané služby. Všechny by po ukončení rodičovské dovolené upřednostnily možnost pracovat na zkrácený pracovní úvazek, nicméně neochota většiny zaměstnavatelů k některé z forem flexibilních pracovních úvazků jim toto znemožňuje. Práce může být přínosem pro všechny ženy-matky malých dětí, které mají možnost porovnat své pocity s ostatními typově stejnými ženami s dětmi a způsob, jak ženy z výzkumného vzorku náročné slaďování mateřství a práce řeší a jak se připravují na návrat na trh práce. The bachelor thesis addresses the issue of harmonizing work and care at the time when women return back from parental leave to the labour market. Main aim of the thesis was to identify obstacles women encounter on the labour market at the end of parental leave or right after the end of parental leave as well as the internal and external barriers of women, harmonization of maternity and employment. The text is divided in two parts theoretical and practical one. Theoretical part of the bachelor thesis deals with the history of family and family policies. It concerns functions that the family should fulfil as well as the meaning and value of a family for an individual. First chapter is finished with the view of the current family policy. Second chapter considers the possibility of financial provisions from state in time of the social events of pregnancy, delivery and maternity. Third chapter describes the position of women on the labour market perceived both from the historical and present views. Last chapter of the theoretical part presents the possibilities for harmonization of work and care offered to families in the Czech Republic at present. For the practical part of the bachelor thesis, a technique of semi-structured interview was applied. Research set consisted of six women-mothers within the age of 33-38 living in Písek district, who are on parental leave at present or have recently finished the leave. In connection with the aim, the main research question was determined: "How do women experience return from parental leave back to the labour market?" and was answered with the help of other three auxiliary research questions concerning priorities of women with regard to harmonization of work and care, experience of women with various obstacles on the labour market due to parenthood and division of labour within families of such women. The interviews implied that all women would always prefer family to work. However, they need a reliable partner and as far as possible functional wider family background, chance to use kindergartens as well as before and after school care for children of younger school age or at least the possibility to use the service of babysitting. All the women would welcome the option to work part-time after parental leave, nevertheless it is prevented by the unwillingness of most employees to allow for some form of flexible work. The thesis may be beneficial for any women-mothers of small children as it offers possibility to compare their feelings with other similar women with children and the way women from the research set succeed in the demanding task of harmonizing work and care and how they prepare for the return to the labour market.
