Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na popis současných marketingových aktivit vybraného podniku, kterým je cukrárna/kavárna, a zároveň obsahuje návrh na zlepšení marketingové strategie. Cílem této práce je tedy vytvořit kompletní marketingovou strategii, aplikovatelnou v praxi. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část přibližuje základní pojmy jako marketing a marketing služeb, marketingová strategie a plánování a marketingový výzkum. Praktická část obsahuje představení vybrané cukrárny včetně současných marketingových aktivit a především návrhy a doporučení ohledně zlepšení těchto aktivit. Bachelor's thesis is aimed at description of current marketing activities of chosen business (which is cake shop/café) and includes proposal to improve the marketing strategy. The objective of this thesis is to create complete marketing strategy. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical section describes basic terminology like marketing, services marketing, marketing strategy and planning and marketing research. The practical section contains presentation of chosen cake shop including current marketing activities and primarily the suggestions and recommendations as to improvement of these activities.
