Tato bakalářská práce si klade za cíl v teoretické části popsat obecné charakteristiky ERP systémů a ukázat na jednotlivé klady a zápory jejich implementace. Dále se práce zabývá měřením efektu podnikové informatiky. V práci je také popsána metodika reálného potenciálu zlepšení podnikových procesů. V souvislosti s tím následuje popis základních vlastností metrik používaných pro hodnocení výkonnosti podnikových procesů. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na vyhodnocení přínosu implementace ERP systémů pro společnost Belgorhimprom s.r.o., na příkladu zpracování snímkovacích tabulek pro proces řízení nákupu materiálů a zařízení. Poté následuje vyhodnocení přínosů ERP systémů a závěrečná část práce. This bachelor thesis in theoretical part aims to describe general characteristics of ERP systems and to indicate pros and cons of the implementation. Then it describes the effects of business informatics and methodology of the potential of real improvement. In conjunction, follows the description of the basic properties of metrics used to evaluate the performance of business processes. The practical part is focused on evaluating the benefits of implementation of ERP system for the company JSC Belgorhimprom, with the help of processing imaging control charts for the process of purchase of materials and equipment. Then followed the evaluation of the benefits of ERP system for this particular company and conclusion.
